Shipping and Returns
All products are shipped via Express Australia Post. Shipping is $15 unless you spend over $250. Tracking will be generated once we lodge your order with Australia Post.
Please track orders using the tracking number you receive directly on Australia Post’s website.
For lost or missing items please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can lodge an enquiry. Please include your order number in your email.
We cannot control Australia Post’s shipping times however generally Metro areas take 3-4 business day. Regional approximately 5-7 business days.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours unless the order is placed after hours on Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted ASAP with an ETA.
Gift Vouchers will be shipped as a regular letter with no tracking provided.
Please ensure you choose products carefully. Returns will only be accepted for faulty items, skin reactions or if we have mistakenly sent you’re the wrong product.
For returns in case of skin reaction please contact us within 5 days of purchasing (or receiving if an online order) the products.
We will require photo evidence of skin reaction in order to return the products.
The customer will be responsible for postage fees for return of the products.
Please ensure you bubble wrap the product so that it is not damaged in transit. Damaged products will not be exchanged.
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
Pricing and descriptions
All descriptions of treatments and products or treatment and product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product formulation may change at any time which is out of our control. We take no liability for this.
Bookings and Cancellations
A credit card or gift voucher number (not available for online bookings) is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.
A $50 deposit is required for all treatments.
We will process the amount on your card and place on account on your profile. The amount will be taken off your appointment on the day. If you rebook your appointment on the day you can just carry over the deposit by leaving it on account.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 (business) hours advance notice otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
If you are unable to attend due to sickness or some other serious matter please advise with as much notice as possible so we may offer the time to others on our waiting list.
Repeated last minute cancellations (more than 3 times) will result in the need for up front payment for future bookings.
Your appointment will be confirmed by text 3-5 days prior to your scheduled time and you will be requested to respond 'yes' to confirm or 'no' to cancel.
Your response is automatically registered on our appointment screen.
If you don't respond, we'll try again and call you.
If we can't reach you or do not hear from you, your appointment time may be made available to the first client on our waiting list.
We hope you understand that this policy is in place for the best possible outcome for all of our clients.
It allows for us to staff our clinic effectively and therefore make ourselves available to all of our clients at every opportunity possible.
If you are new to the clinic please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to complete your New Client paperwork.
Parking is notoriously challenging in South Yarra. We suggest Darling Street Yarra Street or Vogue Plaza which is a 5 minute walk from us.
Pre-paid courses and programs are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Some courses run for 12 months. As we use an automated system of monitoring the course, beyond the expiry date, unused treatments beyond expiry date are forfeited. Treatments in a course are not transferrable. 'No Shows' or appointment cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the course treatment being considered as redeemed.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PACKAGES
All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
You will be required to quote your voucher code when making a booking to redeem.
If you do not provide 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment the value of the treatment will be redeemed from the card.
Vouchers can be used in clinic only
Promotion vouchers will have shorter validity periods in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
You will be given instructions after every clinical treatment on how to look after your skin in the days after treatment.
Each treatment has specific aftercare instruction with some being more detailed than others
As a general rule it is best to avoid actives such as retinol and hydroxy acids for 3-5 days post any treatment and longer for some.
SPF is crucial after all treatments to avoid burning the skin while it is in a sensitized condition.
For any Laser Treatment excluding Laser Genesis
Remember swelling for the next 2-3 days is normal.
Please stay as elevated as possible over the next 48-72hours.
This includes sleeping with an extra pillow
Ice your face every few hours if required but remember to only do it for 15mins maximum at a time.
Massage gently to promote lymphatic drainage. This is done by sweeping your hands out and down. Get moving and do a little exercise to move that fluid.
Bruising and swelling is normal!!
You can purchase Hirudoid cream from the chemist to disperse them faster.
Avoid alcohol consumption in the first 24-48 hours.
You can also take an antihistamine such as Polaramine to assist with any swelling post treatment.
Scabs may form in treated areas. DO NOT PICK!
For any skin needling treatments
Avoid retinol and acids for the next 3 days
Change your pillow case
No exercise, swimming, saunas, spas and hot showers for 24hours
Keep your hair off your face and avoid touching it the day of treatment
Avoid sun exposure and wear spf
Keep your skin well moisturised in the days following treatment.
Mineral make up only the next day (Clean brushes)
Redness, dryness, tightness and pin marks are all common after needling and should subside within 24-72 hours.
